How booking works: Submit a request and we'll personally review availability and service details. Package prices are starting prices shown on our current catering request form; your final quote may include travel or service charges. A 50% deposit is required after approval to confirm the date. The remaining balance is due 7 days before your event. Requests alone do not reserve a date.

Is my event booked when I send the form?
No. We review requests manually and confirm your booking only after approval and receipt of the required deposit.
Can I request a custom package?
Yes! Choose “Custom quote / not sure” on our request form and tell us what you'd like.
Can I request on-site trailer service or pickup/drop-off?
Yes. You can select your preference in the catering request form. Availability and service arrangements are confirmed with your quote.
When is the remaining balance due?
Seven days before your event.
