Catering request agreement

Submitting a request does not guarantee availability or reserve a date. A&J Lemonade reviews each request and provides a final quote, including any applicable travel or service charges, before payment. After approval, your date is held tentatively; a 50% deposit of the agreed quote is required to confirm the booking. The 50% deposit is nonrefundable if you cancel. One complimentary reschedule is allowed with at least 14 days’ notice, subject to availability; requests with less than 14 days’ notice require A&J Lemonade approval. The remaining balance is due 7 days before the event. If A&J Lemonade cancels, all payments received will be refunded. Final pricing, including any travel charges, will be provided before payment. No payment is collected through this form.

🔒 Catering Request Privacy Notice

When you submit a catering request, we collect the name, email address, phone number, event date, event type, location, guest count and preferences you provide.

How information is used

We use this information to review your request, contact you about availability, prepare a catering quote and coordinate service if you decide to book. Sending a request does not create a confirmed reservation.

Storage and sharing

Requests are processed and stored through our website's form and lead-capture service provider. We do not sell catering inquiry information. Information may be shared with service providers when needed to process requests or provide catering services, or as required by law.
